Servitel’s Shutdown Period

Servitel offices will be shut down during the Christmas and New Year's Period

Servitel will go into a shutdown period from 2:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time on the 22nd December.

The Australian office will reopen 8:00am AEDT,  2nd January 2018 and the New Zealand office will reopen 8:30am NZDT 3rd Janaury 2018.

During this period, Servitel's After Hours support will still be operating and can be contacted on the Faults support lines:

New Zealand: 0800 737 848

Or minor requests can be sent to faults@servitel.com.au or support@servitel.co.nz . Please note, as email is not monitored 24/7, responses may be delayed.

After Hours Support is available for addressing faults only. If you have any other requests, they will not be actioned until the offices have reopened.
