Servitel offices closed over Christmas and New Year’s periodServitel will enter a shut down period over the festive season.
Over the Christmas and New Year's Eve season, Servitel's Australian and New Zealand offices will be closed.
The last day will be the 21st of December with the Australian office reopening on the 2nd January and the New Zealand office on the 3rd January.
During this time our On Call After Hours team will still be available to address any faults that may occur.
You will be able to reach the support team via the usual mediums of the After Hours phone number, support email or web portal.
Please be aware that if it is a critical fault, please call to ensure the fastest response time.
