This year we continued to improve and expand our services, officially launching two new services on our hosted platform; ServiAir (Wireless-as-a-Service) and our Cyber Threat Assessment program.
Servitel’s 2017 Employee of the Year
A Big Congratulations to Servitel's 2017 Employee of the Year, Fida Khan. Fida joined the team 18 months ago and in that time he has made a real impact within Servitel and the Aerial Group. Coming from a network engineer background, Fida has taken on the tasks such as redesigning a 24/7 operating network, become a Fortinet specialist, deploy one of our latest services, ServiAir and challenged Servitel and their customers' cyber security, including putting in place security measures that kept the network safe when a cyber attack was made on one of our partners.
Canberra Cavalry struggle against the Heat
Once again Servitel's Business Manager was out at the ball park. This time watching the Perth Heat boys just be too good for our Cavalry. Not to worry, the Sarge was there to encourage the crowd and the Cav's did manage to split the series 2 all.
Servitel’s Shutdown Period
Servitel will go into a shutdown period from 2:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time on the 22nd December. The Australian office will reopen 8:00am AEDT, 2nd January 2018 and the New Zealand office will reopen 8:30am NZDT 3rd Janaury 2018.
