A message from Servitel’s Business ManagerWith 2017 coming to a close, the Servitel team would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.
Thank you for another great year to all our customers, the ones that have been with us for a long time and a big welcome to the new folk that came on board this year.
This year we continued to improve and expand our services, officially launching two new services on our hosted platform; ServiAir (Wireless-as-a-Service) and our Cyber Threat Assessment program.
We welcomed new customers to our MiVoice services and helped reduce their operational costs while increasing productivity. Our MiContact Centre services continued to expand throughout Australia and New Zealand. We celebrated anniversaries with our long-term customers, helping them expand their businesses and be part of the Digital Transformation revolution.
Servitel became a proud Partner of the Canberra Cavalry for the next 3 seasons, cheering on the local team in the ABL and delivering ServiAir to the players, administration and media streaming.
We welcomed our new team mates, Vanessa and Greg, as well as saying our farewells to other team mates, Kate, Yonatan and one of the cores of Servitel, David.
David (or as most know him as Biggie) has been part of the Servitel team for almost 10 years. He has been one of the driving forces of the migration to cloud and has often been the face of Servitel support in Australia. His dedication to the customer, his passion for Mitel and building strong relationships with everyone has helped grow Servitel to where we are now.
He will be missed in the office and we all wish him and his family well in his new adventure up north.
This year Employee of the Year was awarded to Fida. Many of you would be very familiar with his dedication to the work he performs. His determination to provide a robust and secure network both in Australia and New Zealand, has not only strengthened Servitel’s platform but also provided an even higher level of redundancy and resiliency for our customers.
In 2018, Servitel will continue to innovate our services, continue to push the possibilities of the Mitel platform and continue to help our customers be secure, reduce operational costs and of course, expand their business.
