Migration to a cloud-based PBX provided National Capital Motors with many benefits. Not only a financial benefit but also a higher level of support, higher availability and improved flexibility.
Since migrating, National Capital Motors have brought on more locations, and relocated others whilst expanding their offerings. Cloud based service allowed these new and relocated locations to be integrated in the single system quickly and securely.
One of the latest innovations by National Capital Motors have been to evolve how they handle phone and online queries from their customers. How can they provide the best customer service across all their brands?
To answer this, Servitel worked with National Capital Motors to add the MiContact Centre suite to the MiVoice service. By centralising all calls to their Service Hub, they were able to reduce their operational costs while still maintaining the highest quality of service to their customers.
No missed sales calls, ability to reach any of the 6 locations and cover any of the 11 brands on offer, high quality trained agents and ability to use outbound features to generate additional revenue. The MiContact Centre or Customer Experience Solution has added more avenues for customers to be reached, providing additional ease for effortless communications.
