Congratulations to our latest MiContact Centre certified engineer, Hayden!

He started as a Call Centre Agent, then moved to Servitel as a budding desktop/network technician. He then challenged himself to learn Voice.

He was taken under the wing of Servitel's number 1 voice engineer and soon became our primary voice engineer in New Zealand.

Blitzing the Mitel certifications, he challenge himself by taking on Network Security to compliment his voice skills

He became one of the most experienced and dedicated voice engineers for Servitel and he wasn't done yet.

The every changing contact centre environment is a big challenge to master but not only master it, Hayden has become the lead MiContact engineer for Servitel.
