On Wednesday 1st May, the re will be an outage of all hosted services while the UPS and Distributor Board in the Canberra Office are upgraded. The outage window will be between 11:00pm AEST and 12:00am AEST.
Servitel offices closed 26th April.
The 26th of April, 2019 both Australia and New Zealand offices will be closed for the day. Servitel will re-open on the Monday 29th April 2019. During the closure, fault support will still be available via the usual support lines.

Not one to ask something of the team that he isn't willing to do himself, Greg challenged himself to complete the Mitel MiVoice Business Advance certification. After 5 days in a remote led classroom and plenty of hours in the lab, Greg has completed his challenge, becoming the latest Advance Mitel engineer within the company.
