Aerial Capital Group
Aerial Capital Group Ltd, based in Canberra, operates a 16 seat multi media contact centre that provides services to Point 2 Point (P2P) transport operators. Since 2006 Servitel has provided ICT (voice and network) support to Aerial’s. Technologies have changed markedly over this period and Servitel has not only assisted but participated in the design and development of multimedia solutions to help Aerial in meeting and adjusting to these changes. A good example of this development is the level of automation (63%) used in the Contact centre. Servitel using the Mitel ICT platform have taken automation from the low 20’s to 63% of total workload, a change that has improved service levels particularly customer waiting times, and substantially lowering Aerial’s operating costs (Opex). Servitel is a specialist Cloud based Contact Centre Mitel dealer, providing MiContact Centre software to Aerial. NZ Taxi Communications
NZTC operate two multi media Contact Centres in NZ. One in Palmerston North (12 seats). The other in Christchurch (8 seats). NZTC’s contact centres provide P2P transport services to 9 bureau customers in NZ (north and south islands). NZTC also provides cloud based carriage (voice) services to NZ’s second largest taxi network in Wellington. NZTC, since 2010, has used Servitel to maintain our ICT (information Communication Technology) hardware and software systems. NZTC’s main data centre, located in Palmerston North, where we house our cloud contact centre infrastructure (based on Mitel MiContact Centre) is managed by Servitel on site engineers. NZTC’s relationship with Servitel is strong and we use Servitel to bring design and innovation ICT developments to help NZTC to respond to the rapidly changing P@P market.
