Servitel Communications is an Information Technology (IT) innovator specializing in business solutions delivered from hosted cloud infrastructure.
Wholly owned by Aerial Capital Group Ltd, an Australian based logistics provider, Servitel Communications was established in 2005 with the purchase of the Telstra Ericsson (ECN) Franchise in Canberra. Servitel’s aim as an ECN was to better serve the Australian Capital Territory’s government and enterprise customers’ requirements.
In 2011 following Aerial’s move into the NZ market, Servitel setup operations in New Zealand, establishing their unified communications and data hosting business through relationship formed with the taxi industry. Servitel’s core products and services now focus on providing Cloud Solutions (voice & data). Servitel specializes in the seamless integration of ERP and CRM applications with Contact Centre operations.
Our strategic partners are global leaders in their fields such as Mitel, VMware and Fortinet, and this allows Servitel to provide the highest level of service, security and resiliency throughout our entire Cloud environment.
Servitel’s infrastructure (data centres, contact centres and skilled employees) are located in both Australia and New Zealand. This affords Servitel with the ability to look after their customer’s local needs whilst also providing full redundancy in Australia and NZ.
To ensure the best level of support, Servitel Communications also offers a Helpdesk and online portal with fully tailored Service Level Agreements (SLA).
As wholesale resellers of iiNet in Australia and Kordia in New Zealand, Servitel can provide one of the widest carrier networks and effectively manage business carrier requirements.
2015, Servitel provides and supports multiple Contact Centres, hosts and manages enterprise cloud telephony and manages multiple wireless networks throughout Australia and New Zealand for government, enterprise and SMB sectors.
Servitel’s key business strategies are to provide solutions that better serve their customers’ needs, to reduce capital expenditure and improve communication efficiency.
